Race Affiliation

Race Organisers can affiliate their races to the BQA by filing in a Race Agreement form and sending it to the BQA secretary. Once a race is affiliated, the BQA will promote your race on the website, e-mail news bulletins and on our facebook page. You will also be permitted to use the name and logo of the British Quadrathlon Association.

The BQA has in place competitor third party liability insurance and if Race Organisers wish to take advantage of this insurance they should make the appropriate election on the Race Agreement Form. The insurance is taken out for the benefit of BQA members and if appropriate, Race Organisers will ensure that it is made clear to competitors that the BQA insurance option is in place, and that they have become BQA day members and that the appropriate fee has been paid by the Race Organiser.

Race Organisers also have the opportunity for their event to be part of the BQA National Trophy Series.

For further information about BQA Insurance and the National Trophy Series please contact the BQA Secretary, Jean Ashley e-mail malpasashleys@btinternet.com.
