Manvers Waterfront Boat Club will be running a Quadrathlon
At Manvers Lake, South Yorkshire 8th June 2014,
Start Time 10:00 Price £15.00 (including boat hire)
1.5k Paddle, 20k Bike, 5k Run – Start Time 10:00

Paddle
Paddle anti clockwise around the lake 1.5 k. The club will be providing boats, paddles and buoyancy aids free of charge. The boats will be sit on tops to help people access this new sport and assist with an easy transition, although more serious athletes may bring their own boats.

Mountain Bike 20k on nearby paths and trails

Run
Run 5k on nearby paths and trails.
